Information

Import process

common import process

To send the trees, we have to reduce all soil and make bonsai with naked roots covered with moss. we send only bonsai trees, there are no bonsai pots.
so you have to repot with soil to pot quickly. please prepare the pot by yourself.
we need a time to get ready to export live plants.
there are quarantine checking and we need to get a phytosanitary certificate.

every month schedule.(except EU nad US)
all bonsai which you buy before 15th of every month will be shipped around 25th to 30th of same month.
all bonsai which you buy from 16th of current month to 15th next month will be shipped 25th to 30th of next month.

we won’t send bonsai trees on July and August.(summer time) but if you have confidence with summer time repotting, please tell us. we can drop all soil with safe even in summer.

ex. you bought tree on May 10th ?they will be shipped around 25th to 30th May.
you bought tree on June 22th ?they will be shipped around 25th to 30th September.

EU and US
we will be allowed to ship live plant only winter season (January to March)
so if you buy bonsai trees in other season, we will keep your tree at our nursery until shipping duration comes. we will inform you when it get eady

special import process for each countries

●Asian coutries

Singapore,Thailand, Taiwan

we can send all live plants only with phytosanitary certificate.
1. choose bonsai from the list and buy it.
2.we will apply certificate and then send you a copy by mail. please print it and show to the delivery officer then the trade will be smooth.
3. parcel will be sent to your address. show a copy of certification and import permit to delivery officer.
4.you get the bonsai tree from Japan. conglaturation!

Korea

we can send most of all live plants only with phytosanitary certificate.but not pines, I’m sorry.they are bang item. (junipers are ok.)
1. choose bonsai from the list and buy it.
2.we will apply certificate and then send you a copy by mail. please print it and show to the delivery officer then the trade will be smooth.
3. parcel will be sent to your address. show a copy of certification and import permit to delivery officer.
4.you get the bonsai tree from Japan. conglaturation!

India, Indonesia, Vietnum, Phiripine Hong Kong, Malaysia

you need to apply import permit from plant protect organization of your country.
after you got a permit, please send the pdf file then I can apply phytosanitary certificate.

1.buy bosai.(we will keep your trees until you get the permit)
2.apply import permit for your buying bonsai.
3.we will apply certificate and then send you a copy by mail. please print it and show to the delivery officer then the trade will be smooth.
4. parcel will be sent to your address. show a copy of certification and import permit to delivery officer.
5.you get the bonsai tree from Japan. conglaturation!

●EU

we have some bonsai trees we can send to EU. (there are very complicated rules to pass the quarantine. and it takes 2 years!)

1. choose bonsai from the list and buy it.
2.we will apply certificate and then send you a copy by mail. please print it and show to the delivery officer then the trade will be smooth.
3. parcel will be sent to your address. show a copy of certification and import permit to delivery officer.
4.you get the bonsai tree from Japan. conglaturation!
5.unless January to march, we are not allowed to ship the live plant. so if you buy in those season, we will keep your tree until the shipping duration comes. and we will inform you when we get ready.

●US

you need to apply import permit from plant protect organization of your country.

The fee can be transferred directly to the bank account. Please use the order ID as the payment inquiry destination. Orders will not be shipped until account settlement is completed.
